By accessing and using the DPP Admin Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This platform is provided exclusively for authorized users of the Denver Preschool Program for business purposes.
Access to this platform is restricted to authorized DPP staff, board members, auditors, and registered providers. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities under their account.
Users must use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include: unauthorized access attempts, data manipulation, sharing of confidential information, and any activity that could compromise system security or integrity.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the system. Financial transactions, provider information, and other critical data must be verified before submission. The platform provides tools for data validation but users bear ultimate responsibility for data accuracy.
When using AI-assisted features, users must review and verify all generated content before finalization. AI-generated content is marked as draft and requires explicit user verification. Users are responsible for ensuring accuracy and appropriateness of all finalized AI-generated content.
Users with access to confidential information, including financial data, provider information, and employee records, must maintain strict confidentiality and use information only for authorized business purposes.
While we strive for continuous availability, the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We will provide advance notice of planned downtime when possible.
Access to the platform may be terminated immediately for violation of these terms, security concerns, or when access is no longer required for business purposes.
These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Users will be notified of material changes and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
